Who would think wiring a two way switch and three single pole single throw switches would take the best part of 6 hours.

The scary bit was the amount of wire I had to run in addition to which I had to remove part of the dashboard, steering column and centre console. Just when I thought I was finished, an LED went T**S up so had to replace that, then I found I had stupidly provided a live into the main beam circuit so had to hastily re-rout a couple of wires.

I love wiring - NOT!

Show was really good. Weather was great too. Got a few bargains. A glazed door top, because mine are rusted, good nick too, only £10. Handbrake assembly for £3. Brother in law got 4 new General AT2's on Disco Alloys for £200. Lucky I took the Espace or I would never have got it all in.

Hi people, been busy getting the Landy clean inside and then had a look at a few bits that needed doing to the motorbike. Rev counter hops about, which is ment to be a warning that the exup vavle is not working as it should, took it apart and no sign of a problem. Will have to take another look at some point.

Is anyone else doing the London to Brighton Land Rover Run, i think Jai said he's booked up already. Will probably arrange to meet up, thinking about doing the camping bit on the Saturday as well.

Has there been anymore thought on when the next pub meet will be?

I'm away for a week from this Thursday, that's if Manos can sort a new plane, as the original carrier was XL

I can do pretty much any night as long as there isn't a Film Première on.

Same place as last time was really nice. Pretty easy for everyone to get to as well.

Yes, can't be doing with 45mph on the flat and 20mph up hills. Don't think I'd be too popular on the South Downs.

What bike you got Kris?

1998 Yamaha R1 in blue, had it from new. one of the first in the country in UK speck. only done 16 thousend miles, micron can goes like a rocket.

Hey boys and girls, how we all doin?

Changed the back axle oil - yuk, it was a bit contaminated with water, but not too bad lol. Greased props and uj's and went out for a trundle, did the usual three fords - found the exit at Batford blocked by a couple having a cosy up, they looked a bit surprised as I came toward 'em. Serves 'em right for parking in the middle of the road!

A pub meet would be good, I'm free all week as far as I know (but that could change), so if you want to get together no problem. Look forward to seeing you all soon.

Just took Kai out for a well overdue ride on the BMW. Checked out Steppingly which now looks lke its open again!

Axle oils n stuff.... Kev you are just sooo efficient! Guess I'll be checking mine out next weekend. One of those leaks looks like its coming from the point where the engine mates to the gearbox so some sortof seal gone there methinks.

Rear main oil seal I hate doin those! theyre a bitch!

Anyway This pub meet, Ill put forward a date a month see what people think we will never please everyone so here it goes

What about the first Wednesday in the month at the pub we met at for the salisbury trip.
