If things go to plan with engine. I'll be trying it out on Saturday. Sunday I'm busy doing a Première in Leicester Square.

I recon I could get you out of 40 Foot, but not Ashwell.

Cool.... I need to get permission first though. We're near to Rose's due time and she has said that Santa Pod is too extreme for her at the moment. If she is happy for me to go I'll be there, but I have to leave the decision up to her right up to the last minute.
 
Ryder, Likewise, my decision entirely relies on the outcome of the Diesel Specialist getting it running properly. Salisbury Plain is easy, these lanes need everything running properly.

Hi mate, i would if i could, but i've got a lot on this weekend.
 
Taken the Spydiemobile into the Diesel Specialist this morning and most of the mechanics are off sick, so the guvnor is going to fix it. Whether it will be done for the weekend is another matter though.
I might just blast up to Peterborough in the car on Saturday instead.
 
Can somone PM me the details for the Letchworth collection... looking at getting the seats this afternoon but need to able to call the fella first!

Things have changed. I'll be at Peterborough on Saturday. My brother-in-law is coming up and wants to go to the show. Still don't know if my Landy will be ready by then, as a lot of the mechanics at the diesel specialist are off sick.
 
No, they've done the pump timing and it's revving no problem up to maximum revs. Cured the misfire. So hopefully lots of power now. It's still smoking excessively, so they're going to pull the injectors and bench test them. They've got all the kit and shed loads of Landy experience, so I've every confidence.
 
When it's all sorted your'll have to let me know if there any good and give me an idea about what they charge. Need the pump and injectors sorted on my Freight Rover.
