Tis that time of year when eye is fighting the ants digging oot the sand from under me block paving so they can grow eggs. Eye is finking of squirting me ant killer liquid down the hole they use to carry me sand oot. Using the spray fing it comes in ain't good for doing this so eye came up wiv the idear of using a medical syringe oft ebay. Yer can gerrum wiv a blunt metal tube on the end 1.5mm fick which would be ideal me finks. Eye just need to work oot a way of firing me ant powered down said small hole anorl. Any idears?
Problem is when you compress a powder it just turns into a solid and won't flow intit..
Google Wagner Powder Injectors for an expensive (and probably innefective) solution :gunner:

Edit.
You might as well load a straw wif some powder and blow it in. Make sure you puffs and not huffs though

We recently have had to deal with a mystery supply of them in our kitchen. We discovered accidentally that they ADORE ice cream, so we put some in a tub along with some ant powder. They ran around with the powder on them, back to the nest. Which allegedly kills the rest. We've only seen the odd one since.
If you have a good idea where the nest is then you can pour boiling water over them, it'll boil the egss with any luck.

Don't worry about squirting the powder down the cracks where they are. They'll come out and get it on them anyway. But it helps if it don't get rained on though!!
Best of luck with getting rid of the pesky blighters.;):)

Well, I have been Gardening, again.
Was weeding a bed prior to plamnting out and it started raining, then thundering etc, so had to run in and unplug the Sosh box and the phone line.
Took the dog to the vets they finally took her stiches and staples out. :vb-banana::vb-banana:
She behaved and didn't scratch at it.......
until she got in the kitchen, so, as warned, the collar had to go back on. One disgusted look later.....😥😥😥
Still she'll be OK tomorrow as there was only one tiny spot of blood where her skin had grown back over a stitch.
Got 3 tabs, one each, to kill ticks and fleas. They seem to be pickeing up a lot this year. But at €44 each (minus 10% for quantity) not cheap.:(:(
Still they last 3 months.
Sun's back out so I'd better go out and finish off the weeding and planting.
Poop I hate gardening.:(:(:(
Enjoy the rest of the p.m. LZers.:):):)

Is it to early for a cauld beer ?

Don't be silly its never too early.
I used to arrive in an airport and it was around 6am my body clock was telling me beer O clock. used to get some strange looks . The funny thing was the barman used to see me coming and hold up a glass, So I would nod so as not to offend:).

Would only sort my body clock out when I got home.

Off to Grimsby in the morning to pick up my new motorcycle
Nothing special just a four year old 350 Jawa like the one I reluctantly sold last year
