My middle son & family just popped round.
Us adults had a discussion about what happens when he is forced to come live here because the judge makes him sell his home.
You should have seen his "little-boy" eyes light up when he visited the floored loft space.
"This would do for me as an office Dad, plenty of space up here".
Now seeing as his Ma has it earmarked for her art studio now she is giving up the box room to house one of his kids this might be a problem. I am staying well out of that argument discussion. :)

Make sure the judge knows he has NO where to live if it happens.

Funny thing happened on the way to our fave pub.
Went through Hill Head, lotsa puddles, an picked up the duck eggs from a bloke we know. Headed into Titchfield and I pulled over to enter the puzzle on the radio. Bloke taps the window, 'Reckon you gorra log burner?'
"Yup" says the Mrs.
'Want some logs?'
"Yup"
So he nips off and brings out two bags of shop bought dried split logs and a bag of kindling. Just wants rid as he's emptying the vacant shop.
"You like duck eggs?"
'Yup'..

Nice bit of Kevage.

Yes it is, and I fear his soli isn't "fighting his corner" but just applying the "rules".
I have suggested we hire a barrister (not a Barrista) to put his case to the judge.
