Me garage guttering were never piped into number 1 water butt propper. Last bit were a diagonal square pipe that rested int top at an angle. Eye found oot some of the water were running down the pipe on the inside, at the top of the pipe. So shooting over the water butt where the pipe rests because of the angle and not all the pipe able to go frew the hole. Eye cut the top oft a plastic bottle and put it in to divert said escaping water. Seems to have done the job.
 
Ought to be getting up stoopid early tomoz as they are cutting the water off at 0800 hours.
But then we is off to Castres for the monthly "big shop" and lunch at our fave Brasserie!
So I have decided to have a shave and a shower tonight, breaking the habit of (nearly) a lifetime.
So by having drinking water sorted out we can still get up at a decent hour!

Poor spider must be deed after biting one your plates of meat. 🤣 🤣
