More like talking to their next meal.had one watching me for an hour 2yrs ago was doing gardening every time I moved closer to him he would move the same distance away from me it was a unforgettable moment he seemed to want to make contact but was unsure his eyes never moved from me

When I was a lad my dad was a park ranger, I used to run up & down the wolf enclosure fence with a stick against the fence
& they use to run with me haha it was superb I loved going there. It was double fenced but we used to walk in the middle
so I get close to them. Great memorys.

Went extinct for a reason in the UK thay travel vast distances and need uninhabited human free areas. I suppose the next thing will be the brown bear.then the mountain lion 😯😯

There used to be a bear park at Loch Lomond at the famous Cameron house hotel. One escaped & they shot it & then it closed down after that.

Now all yer see is bear bums in car windows 🤣 🤣

Squirrel activity has been good over the last few weeks. The one eye see at the bottom of the garden is coming further up towards me castle. Fink he was the second one on me garage apex. Spotted my one drinking from me burd baff. Eye changed the water as the burds pooped innit. Me restricted access burd feeder is doing well. Robins feeding daily multiple times. Baby ones anorl. Need to finish restricting access to me burd baff now. Ah dun't want pigeons sitting innit and pooping.

They are introducing red squiggles on to the islands on Loch Lomond which is great, I used to feed the reds but now all been
wiped out cause of the greys ive seen only one red here in 20 years & that was 2 years ago.

Pic of my new boat needs some work but nowt I cant sort. :):):)

About ten years ago I was reconditioning a motor for one of me bikes and fitted new con rod bolts as part of the build. Used aftermarket bolts as originals had been out of production for about fifty years. Some weeks later I noticed one of the bolts had failed in tension so had to tear the motor down again, lucky to have spotted it before finishing the build. And replaced the bolts with ARP bolts made in the You Ess of Ay. This weekend I have been searching for another set of those bolts for another motor, none to be found anywhere in the uk, but managed to find one set in the USA. Seems they are on back order worldwide for the particular ones I want. So had to buy them. They are on the way, should see them drop onto the doormat in about a month.

I found some bits id like to buy but they only seam to be available over there, I had to get rear lights for one
of my good lady's cars & they came from the usa paid for it then 3 month later I got a bill for import tax. Gits
it was quite eggspensive too iirc.

Without checking I would exp[ect they were hunted to extinction as they were predating too much on domestic animals. Which is exactly the problem sheep farmers etc are having now with the freshly introduced ones.

CD DVD sat nav digital and analogue radio can plug your smart phone in hands free touch screen Bluetooth reverse camera only had it a few years and still learning how to use it so much stuff in it I keep finding new Windows but the sat nav is verry good if jams or accidents are ahead give you alternative but I also have a Tom Tom you never know 😣
My latest tomtom also allows you to find a way around jams and it gives you a range of alternatives depending on how long you think the jam is. But of course it only works if you are not on the motorway in a jam stuck between junctions!
Which is why we always carry an atlas mapbook!

When we imported the reconditioned autoshift gear box and ancillaries for W's Chesil Speedster we too had to pay import duty. It was allegedly based as a percentage on the amount we paid for it, but they charged us a percentage in £s based on a payment made in $. so figure for figure it cost us quite a bit more.
Flipping cheek of a fiddle!

Is it just me or does it not seem to be a bit short in the stern area? A bit like a speed boat but with a huge awning and a place to stand and jump off the stern?
Never seen anything like it, but then I prolly stopped looking at boats in about 1972!!!
Hope it brings you all the joy you want!!:):):)

Well it stayed dry until about 4 o'clock when it started to rain and has done ever since.
Luckily by then the Pluriel was filled with "stuff" and on the trailer. Silly Stan had it all hitched up and then realised he'd forgotten to fill the tank with doozel as it is more spensive in Fland. Still hitched it back up pretty quickly.
I'm getting know this new trailer a bit better.
Just got the Disco to fill, a bit of paperwork to do. security around the house, gas and water off etc.
Then off mid Thursdi.
W planned it all just right as we have just eaten the last of the meat we imported and the last of the butter. "Seriously?!" I hear you all shout? Well the butter seemed a bit over the top to me too but the meat, no, that really is soo much better and better value for money. We have bought stuff in like whole chickens, joints for roasts and steaks. And Brit bangers you can't get over there except at outrageous cost. But chicken breasts, chops of all varieties, minced beef, stewing beef, You'd have to try them to see why we do it.
Sleep tite folks.
