The 38 would have made the perfect vehicle for me. Perfect for towing heavy, comfy, not to hard to work on. The fool bill didn't bother me as i don't do big miles.Shud av bort a propper Freelander.
Peeps are too worried about cranks snapping and making sure mods are done. Yer can gerra cheap rr or d3/4 for 3 or 4k on ebay. Nearly all need a replacement engine or gearbox. Some only 12 years old. If yer get yer own diagnostics then yer can fix em yerself. But they is still full ov eggspensive parts when old.The 38 would have made the perfect vehicle for me. I need to replace it but dunno what with, options are limited. Disco 3 maybe, but nobody says anything good about their reliability either
