I would just like to say

Chopped up some wood to use as the top section of me garage side door frame yesdi. Quite happy wivvit in the end. Eye was going to plain it to the correct fick ness but realised the side posts are slightly taller than the door. It be made of two strips of wood. So I screwed one bit of wood int place. Then gorra nuvva bit of wood and lined it up and marked it. Luckily eye spottid the difference int door height v posts at this point. Then cut a section oat from each end to make it look like a squashed letter T. Then cut oat bits go over the frame side. Slight bit of plaining and the door closed under it ok. Coated it twice wiv undercoat but din't let it dry propper between coats. Just minimal as time were running oat. Going to have a nuvva look at it ter day un put anuvva coat onnit. Me burds were busy going to me kitchen roof where they be building a nest innit.

For some time now me burd baff has been changing to a brown colour inside. It's made of cement eye finks. Eye dun't want to use chemical onnit as any burds that smell chemical will be put oft using it. Even just cleaning it with chemical will mean the smell sticks around even if it's rinsed oat. I normally swill the watta round innit then tip it oat then put fresh tap watta innit. That clears oat any poop int watta. Eye give it a propper wash oat wiv me jet washer when washing ma Hippo. When choppin at sainsberrys recently I spottid scouring pads. Some are rough and green. Others like wire wool. Does yer fink a green scouring pad would be suitable to get rid of the brown mark? I have tried using me jet washer previously. This has worked quite well but now the brown mark won't disappear and seems to be building up. Was wondering if it's berry acid in the poop floating ont watta surface causing this. How does yer clean your burd baffs?

Just looked up our tip and they take carpet. They say it's made of multiple materials which are difficult to separate. So that limits the ability to recycle it. Our tip has a contract to send stuff to be burnt so I guess carpet goes there.

Shove it in a black bag furst then shove it in the middle of the wheelie bin.
Altho I'm fairly sure then don't look too closely.
Once it's in the truck it would be difficult to prove which bin it came out of unless they go stupid wiv DNA or summat.

I really think it is whoever you get at the tip for charges. My BIL has been with all sorts and the charges have been arbitrary to say the least!

Do what I do & give the lads beers at crimbo & a bung an they take away anything I want

I got a cracking pair of steel gates from the tip the other day with brackets for electric motors
The lads keep me gates n railings an I bung them, blast & re-paint then sell em
