Evening all.
I do indeed have the week off befor the wales trip jai, Thing i have a lot of things to do that week so i actually make it to wales and back. Didn't sound too healthy on the way home and think my clutch maybe on its way out. Need to go for a spin when i'm not half asleep really.
I won't be at the pub meet as i shall be on my way back from Basel, How lovely the French and Swiss Customs were this morning, not! :5bbanghead:

are we camping wales or is there a hotel with sauna etc....
OK, my Range Rover is green-lane ready now I reckon! Front bumper is off, JATE rings are on and have fitted diff guards front + rear too! Could do with a steering guard too at some point, but will have to wait.
Anyway, would definitely like to come join in one of your trips on here to learn the ropes a bit, is there one I can join this weekend (e.g. the one mentioned above)?

I've got a couple of D Shackles that aren't mine and Ryder's luggage strap.
I'm missing my 2m blue/pink towing bridle and 2 rated shackles.

OK, what time and where is the pub meet meet on Wed? I'll be honest, Wednesday's are not a good night for me but would like to meet everyone at some point so will try and make it!
Also, could someone let me know details for Saturday? Either on here or PM if you prefer!
Is a 'serious' offroader required for Saturday's lanes? My RRC (V8) is standard bar diff guards (front + rear), JATE rings and a removed front spoiler - so deep deep water could be an issue! Have got bow shackles and tow straps as well. Has M+S tyres on the front, A/T's on the rear so they should be fine!

Hi Guys, got the jate rings fitted and replaced the dodgey jubilee clip on my bottom hose so all good for Saturday if theres room (and if I can get permission). Will try and get to the pub meet, but just off to Scotland now so may not be back in time.

Anyone interested in doing some lanes up my way 12th or 13th near Royston? I think there are some really nice ones round here which I haven't explored yet. Should be good fun. If you can't do that weekend can you suggest some dates?
I'm heading to Aldermaston Pay & Play day (google "4x4 without a club") on Sunday 13th - why not come along to that?
