Rust got a hold of the old girl has it. well let me know when your back up and running. I have been out quiet abit of late found some good lanes.
I cracked the chassis, must have been a Roundhill Woods when the prop, etc let go. It's being welded up as I type.
Should be good for this weekend coming.

Hi guys, finally found some local Herts lads on here! lol been trying desparately to try and find some green laning stuff around the area but not much luck :( would be greatfull if you could keep me posted on outings like that etc :D got a pretty standard LR Defender, but took her to an off road show a month ago and she coped like a beaut! cant wait to get her out again!

cheers

Well you're both more than welcome to come along on sunday or any other time. Meeting place and time etc will be pm'd nearer the time. Just make sure you have suitable front and rear recovery points.

Excellent! nice one, looking forward to it. have just recently fitted a Rebel steering guard with two recovery points on it, as for the back its just a standard towing eye me thinks? will that good enough? cheers

Likewise I have a steering guard with twin recovery points....I hope to have my winch/bumper on there by the weekend and that has twin swivel points too. I have a single rear original tow hook and a towbar- would they both suffice?

The standard tie down loops are't strong enough as they're only really for transport. A pair of Jate rings are good enough if you have no tow bar.

fair doos :) fitting my wipac driving lamps sometime this week :D when it stopbs bloody raining!
Hopefully we'll be home before it gets dark, I don't think Ryder's coming.:D

Any thoughts on where we want to go?

Options are Santa Pod, Herts or Essex
