Hertfordshire Lanes?????

As most of you know I work in a pub.

Would anyone be intrested in trying to fill up a pub car park with landys and having a buffet and a chat?

This would be aimed at landyzone members and non landyzone members.
This way you can meet new people who share the same intrest.
As I work there I can have a word with the manager to get it at say £1-£2 per head just to cover the price of food.

It's just a thought at the moment but comments and ideas welcome.
 
Do you need a roll cage for laning? I have a soft top that i am currently in the process of rebuilding and I will hopefully be able to make it along one day.

I need to find a way of securing the seat belts and have been loking at something like-

I appreciate it is not a proper roll bar, but it would solve my seatbelt fixing problem. The last thing I want to do is buy it and find out later on that I really need a proper cage if i go laning. :confused:
 
Laning you just need to be Legal tax tested and insured.

We need to have recovery points that are decent jate rings and a secure tow ball is fine

Most of all enjoy yourself and keep it legal.

We only drive legal lanes many online groups say thy do but go off piste a lot something I will not do.

It would help LOTS if you said where you worked, what pub we are talking about and what day and time you are proposing.

A couple of quid per head sounds very cheap.

Is this going to be a regular thing?

FYI. First wednesday of the month there is a pub meet just north from Dunstable.

The pub is the orange tree in hitchin sg5

Haven't said a day but was thinking during the week as weekends are very busy. Yes a couple of quid a head is cheap but this should attract more people??
 
Always mean to pop in there but whenever I'm going past I'm like its here on the left then oh just driven past it again lets go to the next one on the roundabout.


We do need a big meet somwhere last one Carpy organised over his way beaconsfield way as it was more central for the guys from the M 25.
 
Would some1 else be willing to knock a laning trip together? Hint hint spydie lol
As you do come up with a good route.
We could do Essex way so they could tag along too.

I was thinking of a bank hol Monday??

Start laning at 9-10am back to pub for say 4:30ish as it gets dark early now.
Would people rather nov/dec or January??
