I may pinch spitfire's bender and do a front hoop for my 90 purly for tree protection and looks no other reason. My little 80 has a cage so I have no need for another

Whitbreads do comp cages trial with many that have them and the older ones take the knocks well

Ah full external cage. Whitbread is good tho.

I have no idea how good these are they are not a comp cage so personally I wouldn't bother with it.

Will you ask him what he wants fitted.

PM him is your best bet not sure if he would even consider it. I know he will be building himself a cage in the next month or couple of months because he is building up his 90 for comp safari and it needs a cage.

He came over here this evening in the ****ing rain to help me with my 80. Didn't start it because need some more wiring and some bits tidying up before it fires up. We did however get oil pressure up with a lecky drill in my Spitfiremk1uk rebuilt V8.

Can't buy a cage yet as not sure exactly what I want as I like the idea or a soft top ;-)
