Ahem, that may be so in a 110 (although I never found it a problem!) But I doubt it in a 90, and in my 88" I fly with it- just as fast as my mates tdi with series gearbox. Will people stop slating these engines!!

Not only is the soa better for most offroading- bar perhaps side angles:-) but they also look awesome!!! A real head turner I think some- not all- people who slate them are jealous. I'm taking mine to devon4x4 for the job as reading up its a fine thing toget steering and prop angles right...

Yay the baron! Yeah your overdrive lol. Think towing is especially bad for series drive trains when mated to the tdi. Mate that td whistles like a bird and flies like one too! Can't wait to offroad her in feb:-) what do you think about Spring over axle conversion? Be hench then with 35's!!

My truck is about to go on the road in a week when exhaust and some small wiring is done. But we had to weld the rhs engine mount and make a bracket for the series mount that side to fit in. The 15j and 19j are essentially the same engine so if you have a NA in there already should pop right in...

I'm talking 19j here! 85 Hp not too much for running gear to handle. Mine is just finished and runs a treat!! Just wondering how many others have tried this brill conversion!?
