Yes the seat boxes and floor were buckled beyond repair so welded up a 3mm frame to bolt down then got 1mm sheet folded and cut to fit then welded on to frame...the upper part of bulkhead was rotten and repaired with an aluminium door tread so got local metal shop to fold replacment panels to...

Update on Berlingo I sorted for mate last week clutch cable and rear brakes...airbag light on will pass he says hasent turned red yet...it failed..I'll just remove airbag he says it will pass as the light wont show...doh it's on the fail cert they will check along with headlamps and steering...
