After my daughter said this seat belt feels weird I spent the whole day welding yes, that's right Disco 1 seat belt mount had rusted so much that it just became unattached and banged around in its little void!
Remove the nearside jump seat and all the trim to find lots of rust!!!
Welding nuts to back of patches with spreader plates and hoping they all line up when done!! And how the hell do you paint the outside of the inner quarter panel?? Don't want one now but from what I can tell you can buy every panel possible for a Disco 1 - except that one!! What's that all about??? Oh well - done now - no gleefully mocking allowed!!!
That's OK, there aren't any homophobes like the tratter section so we'll let you in from time to timeOh balls I posted int disco section

The green bit with tree's.Well that's not very friendly What part of country?
I took the ECU out and laid it on its side over night and let any oil out! lucky it was not to much also cleaned red plug. will check it again in a couple of days good point thank you didn't think of that. Just trying remove head lining now to repair sun roof leaks both front and rear.Did you remember to clean the red plug and allow some time for the harness between the cylinder head and the ECU to drain out?
You will probably have to clean the red plug a few times yet before you can be sure that everything is OK.
And no hills, mud or wet grassThe green bit with tree's.
