Did you check those trailing/radius arm things.
They were the reason Neil first started to look at Sarahs Dave, he was going sideways and clunking. They also caused mine to do the same thing on the way home from the last trip.
Oh and 200 said his had the same problem when he bought it
Yeah, everything is as it should be.
I am thinking bad tyre choice for that road...
No clunking and it has only ever done it on that road.
I'm thinking **** driving....:lalala:
Could well be mate.
No one else had the same issues...too much steel in my right rigger lol
WOW! Great pics - fantastic looking lanes. OK dumb question time - why did you tackle the tilted bit when there's two nice flat tracks just to the left of it? Was it because you could?
Well I could say its because the other tracks were off piste
However the truth is I think something smaller had made them. I personally was worried that if I took the higher track I would just slide into the gully anyway. Plus if you look carefully the second tracks dont exist on the really bad bit and going higher on the first bit would have made the approach to the bad bit more difficult.
Learning every day, me! Ta for that. Yeah, once a vehicle is in that bit, the banking would ensure it would not roll right over if it did tip - less potential damage as you say
True but if you get too close to the banking you get damage from rocks and stuff sticking out of it, as Nig48 found out
And zip
Id rather a scratch than a flattened roof anyday
Personally I prefer neither
Which is why we left Belford out as its only a week to Wales. Weren't expecting that lane though
Well yeah a pristine car be perfect, but mine never will be lol:lalala::fish:
Oh and Nig48, please stop wishing the snow on us until after Wales next weekend
I really don't like snow
