West Yorkshire Laning Trips

Don't know about the trip yet; got a bit of a leak on a rear hub..

Well my answer to that Diff is at least you know about it so you can top it up before we set off

Aye! An even better answer is challenging the 12 month warranty seeing as the leak is from the hub bearings and not between it and the axle casing - the O-ring is fine Thought it was bad news when the grease spreading onto the brake disc smelled of EP80/90..
No way should the internal bearings let go to let the axle oil out until they're really knacked. There's currently no play in the hub.

Oh, and the axle oil was emulsified - got some gear oil today and changed it; stinks doesn't it?

The more difficult route is now full. If anyone else wants to join us they can join group one and still do the more difficult lanes but they will have to lead themselves

Group 1 - Easier Routes (suitable for newbies and other stuff with recovery points )

1. GDHaydock
2. Beaver - if Neil can fix the Landy in time
3. Difflock - if he fixes the Landy in time
4.
5.
6. Suew

Group 2 - Harder stuff (not suitable for Freelanders )

1. Nrgserv - probably, possibly, maybe
2. Sarah90
3. AJC
4. Matthew (AJCs friend)
5. Andy (AJCs other friend)
6. 200

This will all change if Neil decides not to come. The back up plan is I will lead group 2 but 200 will lead down the actual lanes

Yes I'm fine on normal lanes, but things like Belford and the Marske one I would prefer someone else to go first.

Put it down to being old female and a chicken

Right memory map is open, so is the bottle of vodka

Off to do Sundays routes

The question is Sue how tipsy are you after 3 hours with a bottle of vodka

I was too busy amending the route and checking it I forget to drink much of the vodka

I got a Landy calendar from my daughter as a stocking filler , thats probably the nearest I will get to anything Landy related
