@carper10 You have two separate issues to resolve.
  • Door lock issue.
    • If you cannot enter the EKA you need to test the latch switches. Brian kindly attached the test sheet to save you finding the Technical Archive. Do these first & report back for further help.
    • There's also a possibility of door outstation issues, but check the latch first.
  • Nanocom Issues.
    • Does the Nanocom power up from the diagnostic socket ? If not sort that first.
    • Does it communicate with any ECU ?
    • Most ECU's require the ignition switched on, BUT checking BECM usually requires Ignition off.

"also cant use the nanocom as all i get is unable to communicate"

Seems to me that is a big part of his problem and I am sure you cannot connect diagnostics if you have the wrong or missingng relay. Have experienced it myself.
The EAS relay is only relevant to the EAS ECU, all the rest can be accessed without it. More likely the wires have corroded off the back of the OBD connector.

when i try to lock the doors with the key only the drivers door locks and the tailgate is unlocked
nanocom powers up ok so does hawkeye

So if only the drivers door only unlocks and you cannot enter EKA you definitely have door latch microswitch issues. Start with this and do the tests in the document above.

Your Nanocom problems should be a separate thread. Completely unrelated to locking, but probably the diagnostic connector is bad.
