Glad I was only in the NAAFI so had to kept neutral.
Had my father flying in the Lancasters in WW11 and an uncle who was in a red cap in war then out far east. He was a sergeant and him and 6 constables fought off a native uprising and was shot 6times. As kids we loved to look at the bullet scars. He won a shed load of medals for it so like I said until someone does me wrong I can't take sides
Not sure who you're replying to but amazing actions by your uncle and your Dad.

The Parkie ruffs didn't do me much good I had a heart attack at 58:eek::eek::D
My Uncle was a Players Navy Cut, kept the midges away but got cancer of the throat in his 50s. Got another 20 ish years after it.
Dad was Old Holburn into his 50s it didn't keep the midges away. Quit smoking and cancer got him in his 60s.
If it's gonna get ya it's gonna get ya

Picking her up tomorrow. Will post pics before it gets dirty again.

Here you go. Excellent work as usual by Dave. Apparently front bumper had been resprayed before even though main dealer had assured me it had never been in a crash. Alloys refurbished with new centres & the horribly faded plastic Rangerover badges removed front and back.
