LINK try this one, is just a link to Gloucestershire rights of way online map which does not seem to show them as anything hence assuming they were UCR which fits with @jamesDiscoTD5 's comments@dag019 your second link don’t work
Slow…. But have a few friends checking some routes/lanes next week.@Hicap phill
How's the planning going?
Looks like a good time was hadUpdate….
3good days of lanes. We decided not to do strata as lots of bikes out on the Taffy Dakar.
They warned us 1 normal lane had a landrover off the edge & rolled down the bank & been there a few days. We was able to miss the section out.
Did not meet any other 4x4
Apart from the Saturday when there was a compertion on,not many trail bikes
But plenty of adventure bikes(BMW) on guided tours(5 groups with about 10 riders in each & 10 mins apart)
Found some good small campsites that allow roof tents etc cheap & cheerful
Also informed us of some 4x4 who have been winching on lanes.we had no problems
Some of the routes are good 1 way, others were fun as a trailer was getting dragged to a few places.
Was amazed what the D4 can do.
thanks all for your inputs

Do these big trips same time every year as the friend comes over from Germany just for lanes & overlanding. Can you let me know if you plan anything else in near future? I’m keen to do a bit in pig. Apart from private land that day I had a go in yours is last time I went. Years ago now. Time flies
We go to Wiltshire or West Berkshire on occasion if you fancy coming along. Usually post up in the Green lane section before we go.Can you let me know if you plan anything else in near future?
