Remote locking issue

So far u guys have been awesome at giving me the fixes for my p38 so ill post another couple of issues that I will be looking into soon, I'll post them separately so as not to confuse the titles

Remote locking works on 3 doors but not the drivers door or boot, but the key in the lock, locks and unlocks the lot???

try re-syncing the fobs - mine unlocked but would not lock on fob - resynced and it sorted it.

Possible corroded pins in the door multiplug - the 'Door Lock Microswitch to BeCM So it'll unlock the doors' wires are ok...but the 'Becm to Door Outstation to unlock the door' wires could be corroded - unless they are the same wires - have to check RAVE - if they are I'm stumped!

Motor gone/wiring to motor in drivers door. Switch still ok but moto not meaning when you turn the key the switch works but you are manually over riding the motor. Can't explain the boot though.

Motor burnt out would be my guess especially if you have the original RF receiver.

If the drivers door doesn't unlock nor will the tailgate I believe.

+1 on burnt out motor. Dead easy to get out (no soldering on mine) but finding a replacement can be a pig. Probably end up buying complete lock actuator from fleabay or similar.

Ok so the story continues, I bought.a replacement loch assembly, supposedly working but I couldn't test it
Fitted and got totally the same results, so I took it off again and manually tested the motor, (test probed it) it worked, so does anyone have any idea which wires I should be testing and what they should be reading? Visually they all look ok

just fixed mine after weeks of no locking and months of no tailgate locking while checking which latch i had on my car noticed a earth wire had pulled out of a multipluy which only had 1 wire in it all doors now work rewired tailgate so it locks when the car doe's hope this helps any questions just ask, mine's a 1999 model

A clip on mine hadn' been put back right and my little black wire was getting caught by the electric window making a break in the wire. Worth checking.
