Did you ask again more recently? I went back through the thread to the 9th of Jan and can't see anything about it.
I feel a bit guilty now so I'll see if I can find out a bit more.
So I did and it is unbelievably complex.

Ive got 8 days holiday to take before the end of March. Im wondering if I should take 4 long weekends that'll please em.
