Ive got 8 days holiday to take before the end of March. Im wondering if I should take 4 long weekends that'll please em.

Finished tidying up my little workshop this morning (been doing it gradually over a couple of days). Postman delivered a small bolt for me motorbike engine - £2-53 for the bolt ------ and £2-60 postage! Got nearly 500 sovs back from previous energy supplier as they had been overcharging me standing order and I had a load of credit when I changed supplier.

It were fer wuk. After some more digging and talking to someone who deals wiv customs, paperwuk lists vat but we din't get charged it. We has bin charged wiv import tax. Trying to gerrit back assit were sent back to the frogs. So they will get simular charges anorl. All fanks to br*xit.You asked on the 20th of December, and I answered you in two posts on the same day. As best I could without checking into it.

Eye bort some of this. Tomarto wiv mushroom source. Cooked pasta then mix me source in an cooked some more.
It were ok. Haddit twice so used 25% of the jar. Lid were on tight. Was lookering in me cupboard last night and spottid it. Now eye were wondering iffit be ok as me jar of tomarto puree started growing wot looked like dust around the lid assit weren't sealed tight. Fink it were going funny.
Looks at me tomarto and mushroom source. Opened said jar and there be like smoke inside moving around. No dust but there was what looked like a few flakes of candle wax. Put lid on tight. Gave it a shake and spotid the metal lid bending up int middle. Opened it over the sink and it exploded oot. Shape of the lid directed it towards me paws and into said sink. Half the jar content came oot. Eye assume this is because it had gone oft? Its bin chucked oot now. Jar going int recycling.

'Er indoors gets pasta sauces inna jar, various flavours. They have a storage life of 3 weeks in the fridge once opened (sez it on the label). After that they become a new evolving alien species.

As I think I have already posted, the customs bods over there are a law unto themselves, which is why we have stopped sending anything over except cards and letters.

I didn't think you like whisky much, thort you were more of a rum person, or am I mixing you up with someone else?

Whenever I am putting cardboard etc into the bin for recycling I find getting the tin bit off the bottom of those things not an easy job,Ive got a bottle of Jura opened, well I picked it up & the bottom of the tin came off & the bottle fell out onto the tiled flood

Sure someone didn't put the bottle back in the tube thing upside down for a laugh?

It had gone alcofrolic! The bulging was the CO2!!

Can gerra parcel to oz in 5 days. India 4. Frog 8. Germany 4. Int br*xit great. Tis a good job they allow goods to travel across frog land under bond (not imported yet) while the paperwuk be sorted. If not yer can add 2 or 3 more days to-wit. Before br*xit it were next day delivery from uk to yoorup on an express service. Drop kick it over the channel and it were there.Thort it might be something like that.

Once a month or so our daughter sends the post to us in France, so not a big parcel. It takes a fortnight usually. But a letter arrives in 2 to 3 days. At least they don't interfere with it, or not yet.

Tomato purée may well be OK, especially as usually you heat it up while cooking and also you usually squeeze the air out of it (I take it it is in a tube) but brown sauce needs to be kept in a fridge although usually there is quite a bit of vinegar in it which acts like a preservative. Like mayonnaise in a placcy bottle that you squeeze over yer grub.

Me puree is inner jar in me cupboard. Eye will take more care int future. Won't buy it again.
