Eye spotted the fing about the bushes. To be honest eye has never needed to change them on anyfink before. Last significant process was in hungary. So they is using the 40% rule for its origin. Parts may have come from other places. Probably have.
All parts made in chi na, assembled in a back street shop by kids in Mumbai, shipped to Hungary and put in its box. Ask for the air miles ----

How can you tell?
I can see how you could see two black plassy plugs where the replaceable brushes could be got at to be changed, but wot if there ain't none?
Do you have to have the fing physically in your hand or can you read it up on the paperwork or ont tinternet?

... the new window is in and the results are (as I expected) totally underwhelming.
Herself thought the hall would be flooded by light, but I knew all the angles/obscuring brickwork would mean its effect would be minimal. Guess who was right?
So, she is a bit grumpy about blowing £1500 on her pet project for a nil-result.
I have suggested we paint the dark brickwork we can now see through this new window in brilliant white to maximise reflected light.
Maybe she will listen to me when I say "it isn't really worth it babe's" next time. Who knows?
