Eye cook me sossij in a bowl int microwave. Recently cooked two fer 2 mins. Liquid that came oot was fat eye fort. Eye tip this into a plastic bottle. When full it goes int bin. Now eye has talked about this before. Eye need ter tippit when its runny. If eye leave it to cool it sets like lard. Me bottle were nearly full. Level creeping up the diagonal neck of the bottle. Lastest offering set solid on top of existing content. About 6mm fick. Now the surprise bit. If yer turn the bottle upside down it holds the weight of 1.5L of mainly stake/burger fat juice mixed wiv sossij fat. Its set hard and held assits about 2 inch from the lid, just before the diagonal bit becomes vertical. Imagine the solid sossij fat blockering up yer blood toobs. Nasty.
 
Still trying to come down from the plumber's bill.
£302 for fitting a pump and a valve that didn't work.
He wants 150 odd sovs for the flipping pump alone.
Two hours labour @ 50 sovs per hour :eek: plus vat.

Thinking back on it. What he should have done was take the new valve back off, refit the one that worked and take it all from there.
But no, he rang his mate, who couldn't help him, panicked, threw his hands up in the air said "I'm a plumber not an electrician!" and ran off to his next job.

Still at least now whenever W says "Why don't you just "get a man in"?" I'll be able to remind her of this.:banana: As this is going to be the only man who will fix this blasted thing, in the end!
Off in a coupla mins to post all the pressies and cards to frogland and dutchland (tempted to call it "flatland"!

So cut the top off the bottle, take the solid bit out and put it on the log burner, then put the liquids in the tank of the diesel car🤔.
its called recycling these days:D.

I chucked a whole carrier bag of Walnut shells on the fire last night (yep Ms cracking nuts;)) Burned nice too.

got to many of them you have to manage them to get the best have mostly deciduous best for wild life plenty of oxygen up here and we is keeping it all and going to sell it in bags when yours has been depleted got the label's sorted called Mountain Fresh 😂😂😂

Mix it with seeds and grain put it in a clay flower pot with a string in the hole hang it up for the birds when set 🐥🐦🐤

I know car sizes have changed and the mini was a small car but the size differences is amazing.
It’s no bigger than a Smart car thing.
Probably quite scary to drive on todays busy roads.
