...that I have looked at the energy bill from Shell and it is flawed.
Incorrect estimated readings have been applied at the points where THEY changed their tariffs.
They are £30 out on the first part of their bill, and £23 on the second part a total of £53 overcharged in a single month.
Why is it that their profits year on year are so high? ITs because they are fleecing the consumer, that's why.
To add insult to injury they then apply 5% VAT to this overcharge amount.
As they hide behind a web-site there is no-one you can raise this with. I am more than a little miffed.
