Isn't it the council that deals with noise complaints? Check on Google.I do but they are so loud they don't help!
We moved here a year ago and it was so quiet. They moved in around 6 months ago and the bliss was shattered.
We have even called the police a while ago but they took 4 hours to respond and nothing happened

We've got a nob neighbour like that. He has a range rover without an exhaust by the sound of it. Scares the crap out of our dog. Its only a narrow road about 300 yards long but he gets up to about 50 by time he gets to the end of it. Sooner or later he is gonna knock a kid off his bike, that'll embarass his wife cos she is the secretary at the nearby junior school.

Just had to go back to the shop.
The oil flogged to me after the guy checked was wrong.
Not that the feckin owner's manual told me anything.
Although it DID tell me that the engine was fine with E10.
So got some 5W40 instead of the 5W 30, cos, yes it does get above 30 degs here sometimes never mind in Frogland!!
Took the air filter holder apart and it looked like a mouse had been living in it, nest made of straw! (W said "you should take a pic!" but I had dirty gloves on, etc.)
We couldn't work out when it could have happened other than in the month and a half we left it here afore coming back for the wedding. April-May. But there is nowhere round here where there is straw like that.
But in Frogland we have loads of it that we use for the hens. The car was only unused for a coupla weeks when I was mucking about with the coil pack etc. So I think it must have happened then.
Little fecker!!
Anyway he wasn't in there wiv it!!
Just havin a cup o tea while the oil runs out!!

It is the violence that concerns me more rather than the actual noise. If someone gets hurt then I am sure the police will deny being called
