In summer?
Here in Frogland you have no right to burn any garden waste nor nuffink, at any time of the year.
so unless you choose to put it in your log-burner you have to take it miles away to the local council dump.
(So everyone dumps it in nearby woods.
The goody goodies compost it.
And no we ain't goody goody!
Not sure they have the same problem of open burn drums in the UK as "we" have right now, the French are just weird on the rules.

You can burn dry stuff but not wet stuff so that includes garden rubbish. We have a wheelie bin for that

Toady we has achieved the following:
Getting up, washed, shaved etc
Brekfusted.
Drove to Castres.
Had lunch at our fave Brasserie outside, first time this year.
Went to special shop that sells "sans gluten" stuff. One bag-for-life of stuff for Wifey, cereal, frozen pastry, pasta, quite lot of. €80
Then to Auchan a huge trolley load as we only go once a month. Yet more Huros!!
Including an indoor broom Stan had to pay for as he "let" the grandkids use the old one to clean the patio with.
then off back home where just before our turn off at the top of the big climb the autobox overheat warning light came on.
It did go off as I coasted down the side of the hill to the bottom bit where we climb up the other side of the valley into the village, where it came on again, then coasted down the little incline to our place.
so guess who obvs needs to put more ATF in!
In its defence, it is 35 C in the shade.
So whoopee, no one has to cook tonight!
Wifey still has to sit down and take the weight off but I can't make her.

I don't 'ave any debts but it doesn't stop folks from finding some way of needing to spend my money!
This month alone £640 for tyres, £159 for TV licence, £530 for car insurance, £110 boiler service and its only half way through the month.
I forgot, and £54 for the MOT

OOpppppss Evening all, early finish for me today mixed weather here sunny then black clouds
with high winds n heavy rain then sun comes out
Got back to the house an the wind caught the gazebo turned it upside doon so its fecked tis ok
I got a nice new race one 3x3 for free so put it up and replaced the offside front brake disc
& bearings on the disco. Then it hammered down so came in for my dinner....stew n tatties mixed
veg an a bit o puff pastry Sunny again but the tools are away.
