Don't sign until you are absolutely happy you could live there with whatever restrictions they want to put on the property.
There are a lot round our way where there is a covenant stating " no boats or caravans" on the frontage. No boats? 8 miles from the sea? FFS!
Ours I think says no caravans, but we don't have a caravan we have a feck off trailer the same size as a caravan!
