Morning All :D
Another bright sunny day here :) Blessed we are.
All the materials are now here on site so there is no excuse for not finishing the job this week.
But now herself is moaning that the windows won't have full reveal like you get in a HOUSE.
I'm not sure what part of "Conservatory conversion" she thought was going to achieve that.
I never said I was building a full cavity-walled replacement building.
We are possibly heading to a place where no-one is happy even after £3500+ spent. :( Which is a shame.
Once I have been switched-off a project, I find it hard to restart with any enthusiasm.
Hey-Ho. Enjoy your day! :D

To be fair, you cant beat a good window reveal.:D

So the Dook has modified a landy for his hearse. What a cool dude. What mods do we think he made? 2 inch lift, de-cat, snorkel? Hope it doesn't rain or----- clang :D
News is saying it's a 130 tratter gun bus, modified to suit. Commissioned in 2005 and built by a specialist. Relates to a joke/discussion with his mrs in the 80's. So I guess it's something along the lines of this:

Eye be sad ter hear of the complaints ter the bbc about coverage of the death of a fellow Freelanderer who like me, lives in a castle. Tis norrasif it happens every day. One would hope peeps would understand the occasion and givvit some spect. They can always turn over and watch repeats of somefink on Dave. Say yes ter the dress is on anorl if fings get really bad.

Orange bit comes oft only, which takes the pith. We actually it dun't which is annoying. Am finkin of cutting them int arf and squeezin the juice oat un that's it.

Can't "like" this as it isn't funny. Can't think of anything positive to say either.
Can't see why she is bothered about the reveals TBH.
Just hope you come to an understanding and get your mojo back.
Best of luck, mate;).

Afternoon folks:)

Well fixed the strimmer, after a bit of looking, cuppa and some more looking;).
It was one of them things where you need 4 hands, but even if you did you wouldn't be able to get them in cos its such a small thing:eek:

strimmer spring.jpg

Now to wrangle 10ft of springy stuff back in a 3inch box:confused:. Got there in the end:D.

And then went and finished the strimmering that was rudely interrupted yesterday:)

Sat with a beer in the sun waiting for the flat bread to finish cooking then we has to concoct some sort of food for the worker and chef:D
