Oh its solid alright, joists are 225x45, crazy amount of cash we've used 36 joists & 30 deck boards
on the balcony & the decking the saw is sitting on. Not including posts ect was nearly 1500 quid.
Ran out of deck boards none local atm we've bought them all

Id estimate about 10k on timber for this job atm & over 10,000 nails
