Busy day today got all the facia boards & most of the guttering on the roofing job I will go back
on Monday to finish the last bit of guttering & a run to the tip. Best bit was it stayed dry n sunny. :cool::D

more burning they will look better with a coat of osmo :):)

Valued at 20,000 sovs un top spec. Mods be a rear spoylar (factory), rear tints (factory), door knock strips (main dealer), mud gards (me) and roof rack (me). Tis 6 yeers ole. Eye took ma Freelander 1 apart un rebuilt it out ov Freelander 2 parts. So it be the same vehicul but newer. 5k miles. Garaged over nite. Only me driving it. Legal cover. Hire car if stolen/crashed/writton oft. No claims tecshun. More than max 9 year no claims fing.

Might be the valuation then, as none of your mods really make it much more stealworthy or go faster type. Mine is only valued at about £2500. If you didn't see the quote is was £288 for 6k miles.. Fully comp and unlimited driving on the continent. As are all Saga policies. Garaged on a private drive, no mods. Me and wifey driving it. (parently having wifey driving, if you have one, makes it cheaper!?), legal protection, 13 yrs no claims, protected NCD, no recovery, we do that through ADAC.

Strange fing is the mods cause most of the problems. Few years ago I wrotid about this on ere. If it's factory fit it's ok. If it's main dealer or me fitting it then it's not ok. Bastids. All parts are genuine LR. Having roof rails was a problem so eye never had them for the fust 3 yeers. When eye bortid me castle there be no problem wiv the mods. Why problems wiv mods yer finkin... if they're damaged un need repair they is considered costly to replace. But if eye buy er castle mods dun't count as much. That knocked 200 sovs oft the price 2 yeers ago. Bastids. 190bhp and 420nm. Me dad could get a 3.5 v8 rr for 130 sovs 20 years ago.

Last time I did a favour for a friend of wifey's, finding and fixing a new front valance to her Golf, the female in question was about as attractive as a rough prison wardress from Cell block H. AND she gave me tea, but no cake or biccys. :rolleyes::(
