Nope. No steel in these.I though they had to be load rated with steel inserts, to carry upper floor load spread thingy.

Heavnin' all.
Another quiet day for the Shimster (I'm on holiday don't you know!). Been in to town earlier to see Ma Shimster and she's good, in fact she's thinking about getting another puppy to keep the current one company.
Not sure if I mentioned in an earlier post but I have been emailed my first rota for the new job, next Tues will be me first day on nights but I also have Wednesday and Thursday as well and then I'm off until Sunday night.
If I'm not suited for working nights then I think I'll know it by Friday morning.
Gluten intolerance is an absolute sh!te. Put that together with allergy to fish, which she also has and sometimes she walks into a restaurant and has to come out again. There is gluten in SO many things, bread crumbs, sauces, chipsfor no fecking good reason, etc. We lost a days holiday to that after she had cheesy chips in Glencoe, or just off it, and both the bargirl and the chef SWORE there was no gluten on the chips. So hi or lo maintenance she has no choice.M n S oofffft high maintenance chick lol

I am asked to assist my son do the simple job he agreed to do months ago to box in his pipework on the outside of the house.
I even took him to the woodyard to get the 5 x 1 timber to do it with about 4 weeks ago.
Now things sprang a leak this week, he is anxious to protect the pipes all of a sudden?
Oh well, kids eh?
Have a great weekend.
HUGE sympathies. It really does stop you wanting to go out to eat doesn't it? We end up only going to the places we know we can trust, which makes it difficult if you go ta another area!Daughter in law has the same/similar issues Gluten intolerant coupled with IBS, poor girl lives a life teetering on the brink all the time.
