I would just like to say

The windows on Clarke Towers are all finished.
Yesterday the fitters came and removed the incorrect corner posts on the bay windows and replaced them with ones of the correct (and much smaller) profile.
We are both very pleased with the result. Expensive, but worth it we think.

I live permanently in total darkness outside - unless the moon comes up nice and shiny! Stargazing is part of the enjoyment of taking the dogs out for their late night piddle!

In Frogland we have one lives near us and we can hear him/her calling to another one who then answers much quieter from a longish way away.

Night time in the countryside is certainly NOT quiet! Some of the beasties are very noisy!
