I want Fedima's. Jai & I have a cunning plan to get sets of the biggest and best there is. All it needs is a little trip to Portugal and a wad of folding stuff.

ER are silverstone extreme/ remoulds or new My money would be with them or Insa's Fedimas Bronco remoulds would always delaminate terrible. Fedima have a good rep. Try Tyres Direct I think he is the son of my otherhalfs uncles business partner or sumthin like that but he has lots of deals cheap aswell

Almost bailed on you there was a set of 42 inch Tractor tyres on Ebay and I must admit I bid up to what I could afford but they went for more money and not road legal!! Doh

Diesel you are like me. I have the road tyres for getting to work and back and goingon the motorway. Simex style for laning /off roading. Quick to change over and you have the very best of both worlds. I could only afford remoulds and if they are getting beaten up off road some might argue youre as likely to puncture either. You are not likely to be doing motorway driving with muds on if you ha e a set of at.

Budget offroad tyre is a diamond pretty good tyres used for trials alot because theyre not silly wide but quite tall tyre but again remould!

Your probably right Jack and the fact that most of the off road tyres are remoulds would suggest that I'm just being a bit paranoid, but I've seen remoulds that have just seperated completely from the tyre carcas and I'd think about that every time I went round a corner with the kids in the back. Still either way it's plenty of cash and I do want some good off road tyres, need to have a serious think and do a bit more research before me birthday.

I've booked Roundhill in for the 20th, even tho it means missing my latest nieces christening, I'm so upset!!! Will have a chat about tyres then, if I haven't done anything impulsive in the mean time.
