Personally, I think that pointing out that the majority of us think that these idiots are idiots is better than keeping quite and people assuming that we agree with what they're doing.
As for reporting them - yes, it's a danger. Probably best to also offer to help catch them (with photos and videos etc) and better still, offer to help fix the damage, with the help of CRAG/GLASS/TreadLightly etc.
The damage will be reported anyway - the walkers aren't worried about TROs.
If we want to be treated as RESPONSIBLE green laners, then we need to take responsibility for he lanes - and that includes trying to stop the idiots as well as fixing the damage and driving nicely etc.
