Yeah no prob, will keep them for yah and we will see, I cant see why we could't make them fit...

**** a duck! i didnt check which ones earth and which ones live i bet i have them the wrong ****ing way round!! How would i know whats fused and whats not???

Live will be red and should have an inline fuse holder, the earth will be black. Most electronics have polarity protection in it so it shouldnt hurt, if any damage was done it wouldn't switch on anymore

See this had 2 leads coming out wiht the fuse built in! i bet i ****ing put it the wrong way round! what a poxy twonk! the problem is is figureing out which one of the CB leads is live! I feel like a right **** now

Take a picture of the back where the wires are put them up here and then it will be easier to advise.

Sunroofs out today.

Will be reinstalled this time with some real glue instead of that fart ass tape used by land rover. No ****ing wonder they were leaking! :( Have also removed all the runners and other crap, the glass will now be sealed in forever with windscreen adhesive. If they can't open and close then they can't leak :D :D :D

Headliner is going to be refurb'd with resin and paint so it won't ever sag again.

Hopefully be finished that by the weekend. Then will look at rear diff and wide angle prop along with wheel bearings and new brake discs.

Slowly by surely - no rush at the moment.

Well I think I have found why I have so much play in my transmission, it seems the rear diff pinion bearing has collapsed, I took the flange out to replace the leaking seal and I have got over 10mm of movement in it, not good... gonna have to whip that out and replace it, gives me a chance to reset the gear clearances though and tighten it up a bit...

By the time I have finished with this one I may as well have built one from scratch!! Bloody land rover...

Don't know if anyone is interested. i am getting three disco steering rods make ( had to get 3 made because bars are 3m long) they are made from EN24 steel which apparently is heavy duty. I am having one as is James, some one else has said maybe, so if interested give me a PM going to be about £60 just the bar no track rod ends. So I will have no need for the Defender terrafima HD bar i have on at the moment any offers will be given consideration.
