If yu mean socket drive, 1/2 inch is mostly adequate, 3/4 drive is good for some more stubborn stuff

I think 1/2 inch is the biggest drive in those sets. You don't reallt need a full set of 3/4 drive, but a 3/4 drive breker bar, extension and a few selected sockets can give yu a useful option with larger components
