Actually we were discussing this on another thread, not this one

And as you can see I have given up arguing with Rog on H&H about towing horses as he is totally clueless, he has never actually towed livestock There are several threads on there where we have "discussed" the difference between legal and safe

He doesn't understand that when you are towing your precious pets, exceeding the manufacturers limits just with the trailer and the horses is stupid. And he obviously has never seen how many people and how much junk (including heavy water carriers) need to accompany the horses on a trip
