Well done !!. Out of interest, did you use a genuine pipe ?, and if not, did you get an OEM pipe through the slam panel without enlarging the hole ?.

It will go !!. In my 4th picture down you see how to orient the pipe. If you see in the picture where the ally pipe joins the rubber one, you need to push at that point hard against the slam panel. Have you tried filing the hole out a little ?.

If serviced regularly, then the a missing water sensor is not a problem. Its 99% likely that it is missing as a result of being broken after a prior filter change. They are only made of plastic, and, if overtightened, will easilly break, and at £18.00, most will just put a bolt in it.

Only works in low box. If low box is selected and still not working, check the high/low switch in the transfer box. Easiest way is with a diagnostic machine, but failing that a continuity test of the switch.

I think you're spot on with your diagnosis !!. You should able to hear the fuel pump with ignition on for twenty seconds or so.

I have the Hawkeye which communicates with all the D2,s systems. The Nanocom does all the same things as tha Hawkeye with the addition of key fob and suspension height programmimg. The Nanocom also is suited to dash mounting for use as a display.

Although it is bigger than the one you had fitted and will be fine, the TD5 SHOULD have a 110ah, 820cca one fitted. You can even fit a 120ah, 1000cca battery in the box. ( for the same price ).

Just be aware that some of the performance air filters dont have a very chunky rubber seal and can let air in causing the sound you describe. This can be rectified by sticking some draught excluder to the lid lip.
