i got a load of 20mm playground matting that goes in the back of the 90 when me van roofs on. makes a load of difference and its designed to drain water thru so you dont get puddles;)

Theres an intercepter rotting away around the corner from my house with a 440 hemi in it, i been trying for years to talk the bloke out of it but no joy:( theres nowt like the pop of a hemi lump:)

I had em from vilguy, they are on one inch box section and bolted straight in, i just moved the holes over 25mm for a bit more elbow room. As for access its a bit awkward but in fitting battery posts in the side of the seatbox just to make charging and jumping easier. Vilguys the man to speak to...

i put smart car seats in mine, the most comfy seats ive ever had. and they look funky too;):)

usually to stop rubbing on radius arms and to ensure the alloys clear the drive members on older 90's and 110's but only need 5mm spacers for that really.

i've often wondered wether a honda lump would fit being as rover used the same gearboxes and electrics on some 90's rovers but aint got a clue.

not forced but just wouldn't do it on its own,i found filing a tiny bevel on the i/d of the spigot bush helps.

you might prise it out or just chisel a split in it with a small flat screwdriver,it's very soft and will just split and pull out.

iv'e never got my 200 to just pop back together and i've had the lump out 5 or 6 times now, everytime ive had to use threaded bar to guide it in and once had to do up the nuts on the bar to pull it together.

have you got any studs in the wrong places ?
