I'd have put a multimeter on the pump feed and see if it was getting power. If power, then it's dead, no power and yer fault lies elsewhere!

I did that, fixed no problem. Took the sunroofs out, scraped old sealant, cleaned both frame and roof, and resealed. Bingo, no more leaks. Why, when it's a reasonably straightforward solution, do people just stick mastic everywhere and wonder why it still leaks? ;-)

To be able to give useful advice, you really need to get a fault code reader on it e.g. nanocom/hawkeye and report back what they say. Without that info, you're really just grasping at straws. David

Wiring problem related specifically to caravan seems unlikely to me. I wonder if it might be a stuck waste gate - that gave me a misfire under heavy acceleration. David

You sure it's heated, and not the antenna for the stereo like on the disco2?

Check all the air hoses are on downstream from turbo and tight. I forgot to tighten mine back on, and ended up with a gutless motor!

Durham 4x4 do TD5Alive remaps, which are expensive but well thought of. Not sure I see the point in lowering it.

It'll bleed itself if you undo the bleed nipple while turning the steering from lock to lock. Getting a decent box is half the battle - also, because I'm weedy, I found getting the new box into position a bit of a struggle, but it wasn't the worst job I've done!

What's the problem, presumably airbag? Another tip - put in your location - somebody near by might have a diagnostic system you can use. (I do)

The light usually disappears when the underlying fault is fixed. But unless you're a lucky guesser, without a fault code reader (nanocom/hawkeye) there's no simple trick as with the disco1 to find the fault. David

To be fair, you could open up the cluster, and put a bit of black tape over the ACE led. Or, like the dealer that sold me mine, open the cluster up and rip the LED off the board with a pair of pliers. He got me a new cluster after that. Nanocom can do it easily if you can find someone nearby.
