Washer Hose Connector

I have a 2001 D2, the washer hose keeps coming off the T connector by the reservoir causing all the screen wash to drain out.

Is there anything I can do to fix the hose on? I have tried some duct tape, but don't think it will work.

Jubilee clip?

Cut a little off the old pipe and press it back on to the unstretched pipe.
