No you can't reply with everything :p

I'm needing to do loads at the moment!

Install new springs + shocks
New Timing belt
New Front diff flange / seal
Soon new rear stub axles as worn - hopefully get a disco axle instead
side exit exhaust bracket
new radiator (alloy hopefully)
Engine Service
Foam tape on the passenger door - it's drafty.

Brakes
Electrics
Fuel system front to back
Axle overhauls
Seats fitted
Battery box fitting

That's just for now!

Done the new springs/shocks. (terrafirma 2" medium duty jobbie)
Need to do timing belt.
Newly refurbished axles so no worries there.
Need to do my side exit thinking about it.....
New brakes all round (almost bar front calipers) including braided lines throughout.
Service will be done same time as timing belt.

Then.....

Lots :(

Castor correction radius arms. As they are a bit out with the lift.
New wheels/tyres.
'van' out the boot for recovery gear/spares/stuff.
Light bar and CB need fitting.
Need to paint it.

Then there's the wish list........

It's never ending I tell ya! :D

My 90 is fine,

The discovery is another matter, ate another window regulator yesterday (this makes it the 7th)

It's got a worn turbo, leaking sump gasket, shot viscous fan coupling, rear passenger doors unlock, 3 of 4 windows don't work, the list goes on

Oh dear...

Needs doing...
Radius Arm Bushes (on order)
rear shocker bush (in shed)
rear diff pan gasket
rear input oil seal
Front input oil seal

getting to need doing.

New springs (got just need roundtuit time)
probably new front shockers to accompany aforementioned springs
bit of welding to bulkhead
2nd row door repairing

Want to do when I get time

Rebuild sidesteps as sliders.
sort out drivers door panel that flaps about a bit, and the lock pin for inside has dropped down inside somwhere...

Im sure theres more, but its what i can remember atm

In short finish the 6bt conversion.
Pair of custom length props. (Or cut and shut my own. Not sure I fancy doing it)
Make high/low selector.
make diff lock selector.
Modify/make transmission tunnel.
Make exhaust.
Fit interior.
H/D front springs to help handle the weight.
Buy and fits shocks.
Pull out of garage so I can fit roof and back door and away I go :D
Other than that probably little bits and bobs I've forgot about.
If money allows a proper oil pressure gauge and water temp sender. Mind I can't even afford to finish the above :(

Brake lines and wiring to fit to the chassis then plumb the engine in
fit bulk head, when it comes back
then repair drivers door and gte the body work done

so not a lot

I think the next big job on mine will be to renew the steering swivel bearings. With the track rod disconnected they don't appear to have any of the pre load that you lot are always going on about, and there's a slight notch in the straight ahead position. There's no slack detectable and nobody said anything at the MOT, but I'd feel better if it were done. Maybe it would be advisable to fit new wheel bearings at the same time. Again, there is no slack detectable but it could be worth doing just in case whilst everything is apart. My chrome balls are in good condition, so I'll just want the bearings.

Water pump, cb aerial moving, snorkel and air pipes moving to try and cure overheating, new heater box, new fan and duct, nearside rockslider needs finishing, nearside door needs finishing, nearside door window needs replacing, A-frame needs replacing, front caster correction radius arms, 2 new batteries, transfer and gearboxes need overhauling, mainly shafts, bearings and seals I hope, they all work but are a tad slack, axle difflocks, locking rear, LSD front, all pipes in engine bay need replacing, power steering pump to box pipes need replacing soon and probably parts of the chassis need a good fettle ... basically almost everything needs some sort of fettling to make it work properly, better or more reliably.

Summat to do I suppose .. ;)

O/s/r inner hub seal, new rear shocks +5 pin to pin ;D rear bump stops transfer box leak rear bumper and I've got to get it through the mot next month :s

Finish the drawing of the chassis to send to Richards' for the making of. Cut old brackets from rear axle, order new and hot glue them on. Then the fun starts.

get speedo and revometer working
make and fit spot light bar
make and fit roof rack
