I presume it didn't knock any sense into either you or the DPF.Changed the PTU oil, managing to headbutt the DPF in the process...!
55% profile make so much more sense than the OE 50%, and make the speedometer more accurate too.Tested my new summer AT tyre setup in wonderful early summer weather. Like the sidewall protection of 55 profile tyre with these oem sport wheels.

Just a couple thenOver the last four weeks I've replaced the Automatic gearbox and torque converter while all on my drive.
Today I ground a slot in the transmission drain plug and used a hammer and cold chisel to get it out as I had rounded the torx slot. I also ordered new ones.
Tomorrow I will order new brake service kits and pistons and at the weekend will change all those. Then I'll go after the other 34 faults showing on the OBD2 reader
Now do I replace it or just remove it, decisions, decisions.
All this added in your quote. Can't change it !!
Not really sure of their Function. Don't keep wet off, rattle and rust. Best off without them I'd say.
Rip it off mate, I drove mine for years without and never noticed any difference.I'm thinking pull it off, and wait for the other side to do the same.
They don't do much in my opinion, other than rust off eventually.
And you won't. They are supposed to reduce dirt laden water from getting on the back of the rotor from the opposite wheel, in reality this doesn't happen.Rip it off mate, I drove mine for years without and never noticed any difference.
