Wet sand papers 800-1500-2000 (starting from 800 grid wet, finished 2000 grid also wet). max 1 min sanding with each carefully. after polishing by using polishing machine and polishing compound (heavy cut). Finally for UV protection, Blue Magic headlight lens sealer.After and before pics attached

New rubber are fitted and I made sure the paint work was A1 before fitting the alpine lights, but point notedWhy have you left the alpine windows in get them out before you paint it.

So may take them back out again before painting at the weekend,
It’s like opening pandora box the more I did the more needed doing, and you are right it’s not worth ruining a boat for a half penny of tar,
