Wahoo!! Better get on to that lane list...

So not Monday on the Bank Holiday weekend? And are you thinking 1st May Bank holiday? (fine with me)? If Mon not an option, Sat would suit us better

Saturday 3rd May it is then :D

I have promised to organise a trip specially for Phil. I have given this its own thread. Apparently our thread can be a bit intimidating for new people

It will be somewhere is Yorkshire but Phil has a list of lanes he wants to do before he returns home to New Zealand. The trip will try to fit these in

Start will be somewhere within 5 miles of Leeds Bradford airport as usual.

Saturday

GDhaydock
Suew
Philelvey
Difflock

Just been to Neils for a new trailing arm bush fitting, the last one only lasted 4 months

Then during a routine check for the Easter trip Neil decided to investigate a clunk and the diff got removed and put back.

While it was on the ramps Zip noticed that I had bent the steering bar (track rod end one) very badly :eek: I had noticed it was handling funny but when I saw the broken trailing arm bush I hadn't looked any further :eek:

Good job it gets checked before most laning trips :D:D:D:D

Good job you took it Sue,one of my front radius arm bush's went when we were in the lake's so i did them all when we got back and everyone had the centre torn out so i have fitted genuine ones little bit more expensive but hopefully worth it.

Yes that what mine has now, hopefully anyway.

I did look at Polybushes but Adventure recommended the others

Poly bushes are for track cars,Land Rovers need flex thats why rubber bushes are better.i would never buy Britpart bushes again pay the extra and get Genuine one's.Adventure told me they sell the Britpart one with a c prefix whatever that means i don't know but i got mine from them and they only lasted about four months,in saying that i do abuse the landy so you never know the Genuine one may only last that long.

Now we cant be having any broken Landys before Friday:eek:!! I have spent ages today looking for that elusive spare and am yet to find one :(!!!
Did buy a jerry can tho so shouldn't run out of juice:D
Shall be crawing about under Dave over the next couple of days to make sure nowts hanging off.....
