If you have a long rope, you surely also have one half the length, a third the length etc ...

Very rare you need to use two ropes at once ..

I actually had a long rope, a short rope, a short strap, a long strap and lots of shackles.

I have FOUR recovery points on the front but only one on the back (need to fix that

) and two spare wheels that fit my car in addition to the parts store in the back of the Landy.

And I'm still getting grief (mainly due to the time it take to find anything cause of all the stuff) :hysterically_laughi:hysterically_laughi

I had a front recovery point at the time I made that rule, there will be one (or more) being re-instated as soon as I can find an internet supplier of Jate rings that will go on the front of the discovery.

Any rope or strap will be fine just have one and something to fasten it on with ie a couple of shackles all of the above I know Sue has
