Come on Keith hydraulics are easy to understand. Small controlling large. Bit like introducing one new immigrant into a town every week eventually that will cause the original population to move.:D:D:D

gotta be careful what i say, my wifes an immigrant, but from Venezuela, dont see many of them here ;)

but at least she is here in the country (well soon to be) legally and not breaking any rules.

You've opened the floodgates now. Soon there will be millions of them. As soon as she gets permission to stay for life she'll divorce you and bring over her Venezuelan hubby and the rest of the family. :p

she gets a divorce, she has to leave :D. whole process is too complicated now for them to just come here and stay without the legall stuff.

plus i know she was divorced from her ex, i paid for it so we could get married! :D:D:D:D:D:D

Not much wrong with legal immigrants, I'm one in France. The problem is all the cash that the fecking government throw at the the illegals and the workshy. A quick survey at Sangatte showed that 100% of the occupants of the immigrant shanty town want to get the the UK to claim benefits.:mad: They get nowt here in France:D
 
well some of the restrictions on my wife are that she does not claim any money in benefits for 10 years. and she had to prove she can speak the language to a certain standard. that was implemented earlier this year to stop people coming in and just squating and living for free.

even i cant claim benefits as i'm her sponsor. how stupid is that!

Don't make me laugh, there are probably 6 million illegals in the UK, next to nothing is being done to remove them, the government just ladles out cash to them and tries to hide the true numbers:mad:

only 6 million? :D:D:D more than that at the moment i would of said. but yes, after 12th July this year, if you want to come here, you have a new set of rules. if you dont have a job to come to that pays more than £18,000 a year, you need to have that amount X3 as savings to be able to apply for ILR.

and yes, her english is wayyyyyy above normal. and she is a lot more polite than 99% of those immigrants living, sorry, squating and robbing here at the moment.

I make you right. Worse now with all the EU rules. Bulgarians & Romanians can live here (since joining EU) but to work have to have a work permit. The employer who has employed them has to apply for this (can't work unitl they've got it). Need a NI number to start work. Need a bank account and show 2 months wages to get NI number. Can't open a bank account without permission to work!!! So guess what, rather than attempt the impossible above, they work illegally for cash.
Simpler before EU bo**ocks. My wife's Bulgarian. She had to work hard, pay tax (no benefits) before getting work visa and remain to stay. Rather that than the lazy arses here who turn down jobs because they get more on benefits and then blame the immigrants for all their woes.
Anyway, how did we get here on an underpigeon thread? I just want my new badge.:confused:

6 million illegals plus another 6 million legal Eastern European pick pockets, not forgetting Abu Quatada:mad:

44 years contributions and they tell me that I do not qualify for NHS treatment if I return to the UK, not that I ever will, but as the NHS has no proper accounting procedures and they have been told to treat illegals free it does not pose too much of a problem:rolleyes:

i know the feeling, went to the jobcentre today to see about signing on. they said because i have been out the country for 6 years, i had prove i was british! and because i have not worked here, my contributions to the state have fallen behind. if i dont make back payments i can be taken to court and have them stopped from any employment until they are up to date! how bull**** is that!
