Will do, I've been looking over your challenge truck rebuild on Devon and got some ideas from that
but no close ups of the front hoop mount so ill pay attention

Justa bit ! Doesn't actually fit goes about half way across the tyres
this is going in a Tractor puller I've got a squarer one for mine but a similar area

More progress with the roll cage mounts
Gonna do some more supports from the chassis and some triangulation for strength
Overkill
Also cleaned out the inlet on the head as they were full of crap and made up some brake pipes more to come

The main hoop is finished
How to make sure your cuts are straight
Brakes are finished and bled
Bleeding machine applies pressure to the system pushing out air so all you have to do is crack off the bleed screws
Design for the front hoop mounts is sorted just gotta make it

yes you should! its only as good as the weakest part!

After seeing your pic of the one you'd done on the tray back I realised, but it was too late by then :/ but I've got plenty of supporting plates to spread the load, and it's all made out of 10mm

And to e honest I think the tube will break before the mounts or chassis does

it's just standard thin walled mild steel at the moment, to make mountings, welding ect easier as we don't have a TIG, I'm not too worried about it being steel as isn't that what the block is made of ? Ill make one out of stainless eventually though

Yes but the block is a bit thicker. Should be ok providing the outside is protected
